TMZ has learned a woman has come forward to Us Weekly, claiming she had a 31-month affair with Tiger Woods and has a voicemail recording and texts to prove it.
The woman, Jaimee Grubbs, claims she met Tiger in Las Vegas in April, 2007. The woman -- a cocktail waitress who was 21 at the time -- began what she says was a long-running affair with Tiger.
According to Us Weekly, Grubbs has more than 300 text messages from Tiger -- who married Elin Nordegren in 2004.
The magazine, which comes out tomorrow, claims Grubbs had 20 sexual encounters with Tiger. Us Weekly has photos, racy texts from Tiger, as well as a voicemail from November 24, in which Tiger suggests his wife might be on to the alleged affair.
Grubbs has appeared recently on VH1's "Tool Academy."
Tiger Woods managed to avoid criminal charges today for his car accident last Friday. The Florida Highway Patrol announced today that Tiger is a fault for the crash, though no criminal charges will be pursued.
He will, however, be cited for the accident that occurred outside his Orlando mansion, and will be fined $164. That’s pretty much chump change to Tiger. The investigation into the matter is also closed as of today.
According to the official police report, Woods crashed his SUV into a fire hydrant and a tree at 2:25 a.m. Friday. The airbags did not deploy and Woods’ wife told Windermere police she used a golf club to smash the back windows to help him out.
In regards to the fight Tiger was having with his wife over an alleged affair, Sgt. Kim Montes of the FHP says there were "no claims of domestic violence by any individual" in the case and that were was "insufficient evidence" to try to seek Woods' medical records.
She said, "Mr. Woods has satisfied the requirements of Florida law.”
That’s at least one positive thing in this whole mess. Unfortunately now Tiger has to start patching up things at home. And it doesn’t help that a second woman has now come forward claiming to have had an affair with him.

Keys is also promoting a contest through her charity to bring five people to Africa for the trip of a lifetime.
"I was probably like 19 or something. I was asked to come to Africa to perform, and so you think, `I'm just the girl from Harlem, I wrote a couple of songs on 137th Street, and then suddenly you want me to come to Africa? And people will know me? And people will know the songs?' It was a mind-blowing experience for me. I was able to see the great separation between have and have not," Keys said. "I was able to see the incredible spirit of people. I was able to learn firsthand about the AIDS pandemic of Africa."
The lucky winners will travel to various regions of Africa that were influential to A. Keys. Fans will be able to enter the contest online at the foundation's Web site, or by sending a text. The fee for the text is $5, but it will be donated to Keep a Child Alive.

Ma$e's Pastoral Ways & Sexuality Questioned In New Diss Track
by Michael "Ice-Blue" Harris
“Now Ma$e be the man that's never in his hood/ Yeah he wear a ring but he still like wood/ Girl in his eyes you the baddest but he dates men on the low, he's a …”
As hip-hop wired was the first to report, Legacy The Jesus, a former member of Ma$e's congregation, had some choice words for the “false prophet” as he accused him of deceiving his congregation.
After catching the attention of several other media outlets including BET, XM Radio, Rickey Smiley and Atlanta's V-103's Ryan Cameron, Mase still dodged several dead on questions regarding his gangsta pastoral ways.
Putting more pressure on Pastor Betha to either pick the church or the streets and rap because “he can't do both,” Legacy has released a diss track to his former spiritual advisor. A follow up to his previous song “Eviction” which was more of a light hearted vent for his disgust with Ma$e, this time he really went in and lifted up the sheets.
On the newly released “3 Strikes,” Legacy even questions Ma$e's sexuality with bars like:
“Now Ma$e be the man that's never in his hood/ Yeah he wear a ring but he still like wood/ Girl in his eyes you the baddest but he dates men on the low, he's a …”
The lyrical assault then continues with:
“…You ain't got no goons, those are church boys behind you/ Cam and Jim Jones ain't gone never walk beside you…”
While many have backed away from tackling the elephant in the room when it comes to Ma$e, Legacy pulls back the curtain and steps to it head on.
“I'm just addressing what everybody wanna know. Who are you man? First you a rapper. Then you a pastor. Now you a gangsta. Come on dawg, you are confused. You don't know what set to claim… You don't even know if you like boys or girls. This dude is a phony. You can't open up 10 churches talking about you spraying and smoking piff on a plane and switching dames. Ya'll gotta stop listening to music man and listen to the lyrics. This dude is fake and I'm gonna expose you… and I'm just getting started.”
