Well looky here. Cassie and Diddy were spotted partying it up amongst their other celeb friends last night at DJ Clue’s birthday party at M2 in NYC. They’re even dinning matching black fitteds (Cassie repping L.A. and Diddy repping NY). She and Diddy got their “coupledom” on all night. And Mr. Combs was even gentleman enough to pour and pass her drinks all night.

MTV Denies Banning Kanye West From Telethon

The Internet was abuzz yesterday with news that Kanye West had been banned from the “Hope For Haiti” star studded telethon.

Now however, representatives for MTV Networks are vehemently denying those claims saying they're “absolutely not true.”

As previously reported, a source released a statement saying that Yeezy was banned because of his tendency to “steal the spotlight and the infamous remarks about George Bush he made at the Katrina telethon.

They told AOL's PopEater,

“After what he said on the Katrina telethon and the way he behaved at the MTV Video Music Awards, everyone agrees it's just best that he does not participate…Kanye has to make everything about himself. He will do anything to steal the spotlight, and, well, this night it's just not about him.”

MTV Networks claims however that that's not the case and while remaining skimp on details, a representative told US Magazine that an invitation was extended,

“That's absolutely not true. We DID reach out to Kanye.”

The statement holds true to what many other news outlets are reporting, that Kanye was not snubbed out of an invite but that he chose not to participate.

Classy.

While the telethon will not include Ye, it will include some of the biggest names in entertainment via George Clooney who organized the event.

Celebrity participants include Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, U2, Coldplay, Madonna, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson and Wyclef Jean.

It will be televised on ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN, BET, The CW, HBO, MTV, VH1, CMT, PBS, TNT, Showtime, COMEDY CENTRAL, Bravo and E! as well as online and mobile platforms at 8 PM tonight.

Donations for “Hope For Haiti” will be accepted starting at 12 p.m.

Leonardo DiCaprio Donates $1 Million to Haiti Relief

Leonardo Dicaprio is the latest celebrity to reach deep into his pockets in order to help the people of Haiti. Leo has donated $1 million to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund (CBHF), to support near-term assistance and long-term recovery efforts.

DiCaprio’s donation will be disbursed through the Leonardo DiCaprio Fund, which fosters awareness of environmental issues, will help with immediate relief efforts as well as with longer-term redevelopment and infrastructure projects, including a focus towards sustainable development.

As a result, the two Presidents established CBHF to respond to unmet needs in the country, foster economic opportunity, improve the quality of life over the long term for those affected, and assist the people of Haiti as they rebuild their lives and “build back better.”

Former US president Bill Clinton– who set up the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund (CBHF) with another ex-president, George W Bush – said: "I am grateful for the generous gift Leonardo DiCaprio and his Foundation have made in support of our Clinton Bush Haiti Fund around the world of all means, this support will go a long way to help save more lives, reach more people with emergency assistance, and help the Haitian people build their nation back stronger and more secure than it was before the earthquake."

Other big name celebrities that have donated big chunks of money include, George Clooney, Sandra Bullock, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Wyclef Jean and John Travolta.

We're very happy to see that celebs are not just using their voice to help but they are also reaching into their pockets to help the victims of this disaster.

Say it ain’t so! Word has it that Kelly Rowland recently borrowed a couple of outfits from clothing designer Laura Dawson and has not returned them:

The singer borrowed a number of her quirky designs — two pairs of shorts, a sequined hoody, two skirts and a red shirt — for a performance two months ago. But Dawson’s calls to Rowland’s stylist about their return have been met with a stony silence for the last four weeks. My enquiries have also yet to be returned.

“It is really unfortunate that this has happened,” says Dawson, who currently has a pop-up store at Spitalfields. “I would otherwise have liked to continue to work with this particular client.”

Do we smell some uhh… broke behavior? We know that Kelly hasn’t had a very successful solo career, but we are sure that she still is living off a bunch of money that she made from her Destiny’s Child days. And doesn’t she do pretty good overseas in the UK?

Kelly, please return this poor little lady’s clothes.
