After weeks of sub tweeting and a million and one rumors, Rihanna and Chris Brown were spotted leaving the same night club Sunday night. Chris, Rihanna, and Chris's girlfriend Karrueche partied all night long at L.A hot spot Greystone Manor. Whats shocking about the entire thing is that Chris Brown's girlfriend Karrueche was present as he partied the night away with his former lover Riri. Breezy left the club through the front door and got into his Range Rover with his girlfriend, and Rihanna left through a side door, hopping into a waiting SUV with a bodyguard.
Rihanna was extremely frisky and in the mood, as she tweeted a bunch of sexual tweets from her song "Skin": Rihanna tweeted: "No teasin' u waited long enough....Go deep! Ima thro it atcha, can ya catch it?! Know I'm feelin ya huh?! Know I'm likin it huh?! Don't hol' back...u know I liiike it rough!!!!"
Rumors spread last week that ex-lovers Rihanna and Chris Brown were seeing each other again and according to these photos, the rumors are true. This should make this year's Grammy's a must see show for real! Most girls would of been flipping over their man hanging out with his ex in the club, but not Karrueche. Hmmm. How long before Chris Brown has both these chicks in bed in a possible threesome. I mean from listening to Rihanna's music she is one freaky azz chick down for anything. Karrueche on the other hand would probably be whiling to do anything to hold on to her once in a life time meal ticket. Dont get it twisted folks, Rihanna and Chris Brown's people would have you believe that this was all an innocent accident, but we can tell you that them ending up at the same club was all planned.

Heidi Klum is Filing For Divorce
Sources close to Heidi Klum have told our friends at TMZ that Ms. Klum will be filing for divorce from her husband Seal. Heidi is reportedly going to file the papers some time this week in L.A County Superior Court. The couple married May 10, 2005. They have 3 biological kids. Seal adopted Heidi's eldest girl from a prior relationship. According to Forbes magazine Heidi made $20 million dollars last year and her personal net worth is estimated to be at around $70 million. It’s still unclear as to how much money Seal made if any. But we are sure he probably made a few dollars from guest appearances and so on.
According to one source, this break-up “was a long time in coming.”

Jay-Z’s NYC 40/40 Club Shut Down for Health Code Violations Day After Reopening
Jay-Z's 40/40 sports bars must have some kind of curse surrounding them. A day after reopening in NYC, Jay-Z's 40/40 sports bar was shut down by the cities health department for health code violations. If Jay-Z's 40/40 venues aint being shut down because they aint making no money, then they are being shut down for health code violations. One thing we can say about the 40/40 venue in Manhattan is that it sure is beautiful, just hope they got they act together and cleaned up the dam place. Story via XXLmag.com:
According to the New York Post, the club was shut down for a slew of health-code violations; an inspector found perishable food at warm temperatures inside the walk-in refrigerator and discovered “hot” food left out on the counter on Thursday (January 19), the day of the star-studded affair, Health Department sources said. A worker was also seen mixing salsa with his bare hands. (Check out a timeline of the 40/40 reopening event here.)
All the hot foods should be at least 140 degrees, sources told the paper. The club’s restaurant was immediately closed once the violations were discovered but was reopened on Saturday (January 21) once the problems were corrected. Ron Berkowitz, a rep for the club, told TMZ on Saturday (January 21) the motor in one of the refrigerators blew just moments before the health inspector arrived, causing the temperature in the fridge to rise. Berkowtiz says the staff too notice to the issue immediately and had no intention of serving the food from that fridge until it was fixed. Consequently, the refrigerator was fixed by noon the next day and the club reopened. Still, the 40/40 club received 69 violation points, more than the 28 needed for a worst-possible “C” grade, and they’ll be adjudicated at a hearing next month.—Gina Montana
