Young Money Artist Cory Gunz Arrested On Weapons Possession Charges
Story via theurbandaily.com In another episode of “self-fulfilling rap names” YMCB’s Cory Gunz was arrested in the Bronx on weapons possession charges. Dont know what the hell Cory even needs a gun for. Didnt he learn from his mentor Lil Wayne who lost over a year of his life due to having an illegal gun in the NYC. NYC government officials dont play when it comes to guns. If you get caught with a gun out here, your sure to some serious time. Just ask Plaxico Burress, Ja Rule, Lil Wayne, Prodigy, and so many more young men. Cory’s father Peter Gunz of “Deja Vu” fame confirmed the arrest with MTV.com and said that it was an illegal search. “The details are still sketchy, but I can confirm that he was arrested with a firearm yesterday in the Bronx,” Gunz told MTV News. “They caught him around 2p.m. in the afternoon with a loaded gun in his knapsack.” After returning home from jail Cory Tweeted to his fans that he we was sorry for letting them down. “I apologize to all of my Supporters, Friends and Family,” he wrote. “Things Happen, No excuses. My only regret is letting ya’ll down… Peace.”
