P!nk had to be taken to a hospital following a concert in Germany earlier today -- when an acrobatic stunt went terribly wrong ... and she went crashing into the crowd.

TMZ spoke with a rep at the venue who told us the strings that were attached to P!nk's harness were not secured properly ... which resulted in the singer falling roughly 8 feet onto the arena floor.
P!nk suffered injuries to her legs -- but got up and went back on stage, where she apologized to the crowd ... then got into an ambulance and was whisked to a local hospital.
Pink later took her Twitter account and said, "Nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore."

I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn’t successful, but today that is between me and Christina. Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT.
. I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile! I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn’t for anyone to know. I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina’s personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing. Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone’s feelings, I carried the weight in secret!

I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time… This is Life. Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I. I am not proud that I lost something we once had…LOVE! I’ve always been a Loving Father, Hard Worker, Generous, Stern and Eager to prove myself. My faults are I can be irresponsible and an ass sometimes, but I HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER be a malicious person or wish harm to anyone, especially those I love or the mother of my child. I’m sorry for the embarrassment to everyone involved! If there’s anyone to blame and you can’t fathom this happening, please blame me and me alone for not being upfront! Christina Milian Is Still Wearing Her Wedding Ring
Christina Milian has been spotted on multiple occasions still wearing the six-carat diamond wedding ring that The Dream purchased for her. It comes as a surprise because people assumed that she wouldn’t want to wear the piece of jewelry that reminded her of her nasty separation. However, that’s a big ring, so, um…we don’t blame Christina for still rocking that puppy. She was spotted at CVS buying formula for baby Violet. Flip it for a pic on a different occasion.
Lindsay Lohan, who was recently sentenced to a 90-day jail term by a Beverly Hills judge, has checked herself into Pickford Lofts, a Los Angeles sober-living facility. PEOPLE reports that the actress, who is scheduled to begin serving her sentence next Tuesday, entered the facility, founded by former O.J. Simpson defense lawyer Robert Shapiro, on Wednesday of this week.
Shapiro has been active in the addiction community since his son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005. He started The Brent Shapiro Foundation to promote alcohol and drug education and help individuals struggling with addiction get help.
Lohan, who was sentenced to jail for violating probation related to a DUI arrest, was reportedly visited the night before her arrival at Pickford by ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
