Michael Jackson Leaves His Dad Joe Nothing In His Will! Michael Jackson signed a will in 2002 providing for his children and his mom, but leaving nothing to daddy Joe -- this according to the Wall Street Journal. As we reported yesterday, attorney John Branca has the will and plans to file it with the court within 30 days of the singer's death. According to the will, Jackson reportedly left his estate -- estimated at $1 billion -- to his mother, three children and one or more charities. Farrah Fawcett's Funeral Will Be Held Today Farrah Fawcett's private funeral is set to take place this afternoon in Los Angeles. The former Charlie's Angels star, who passed away from anal cancer last week, will become one with the angels today when she's laid to rest at Los Angeles' Our Lady of the Angels cathedral. Fawcett’s 3 year battle of anal cancer ended last Thursday and friends, fans and family are in the stages of mourning. Her battle with the disease was documented in Farrah’s Story, which aired this past May and brought about 9 million viewers. As Hollyscoop had previously reported, Farrah's incarcerated son Redmond O'Neal will be allowed to leave prison for a few hours to attend the funeral, which was organized by her longtime love Ryan O'Neal. Just days before Farrah passed away, Ryan declared that they had decided to get married, but were going to wait until Farrah was strong enough to walk down the aisle. Michael Jackson Mother Takes Charge Of His Estate Due to fears of outsiders corrupting funds from Michael Jackson's estate, Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother, has been made administrator of the estate pending a hearing on Monday. Burt Levitch, Katherine's lawyer, claims that several of Jackson's bank accounts being controlled by third parties which are used "to pay expenses of [Michael's] parents' home." Michael was millions in debt and still paying his parent's rent?! There is at least one person claiming to have power of attorney to act on Michael's behalf. Most people do not know that the power of attorney privilege ends when one dies and they are worried that funds will be misused. The biggest concern is Michael's stake in the Sony-ATV Music Publishing Catalog, which includes the Beatles' works! Levitch says no one is now representing Michael's interests and he wants Katherine to step in to do right by Michael. No one knows what Michael really wanted as the family has not seen a will. Florida Man Arrested For 911 Calls To Meet Lil Wayne By Roman Wolfe A Florida man was arrested last week for calling 911 repeatedly, seeking a police escort to the residence of rapper Lil Wayne. Michael Kruse, 20, charged with making false emergency calls by the St. John’s County Sheriff’s Office. According to thesmokinggun.com, Kruse called 911 on his cell phone, from his Ford Taurus repeatedly, asking for a police escort by helicopter to take him to Miami so he could meet Lil Wayne. An arriving officer probed Kruse, who admitted to calling 911 the previous day as well. In that incident, Kruse told 911 operators that he might need medical attention because he was under the influence of an unknown substance. When the arriving officer attempted to help, Kruse refused medical attention. The United States’ 911 system launched in 1968 and handles over 240 million calls annually, with 99% of the country covered with the service. Officials are looking to crack down on abuse of the 911 system. In some cities, up to 80% of the calls placed to 911 are non-emergency. In March, a woman was arrested for calling 911 three times, to complain that McDonalds was out of Chicken McNuggets, after she had paid for a ten piece meal. Jackson & Rowe Not the Biological Parents We've learned Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his children. And Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two kids she bore for Michael. All three children were conceived in vitro -- outside the womb. Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie's eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris. In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we're told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the "receiving parent" -- Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson's lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael. We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were. Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it's not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there's a presumption that she's the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence. We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Henson, Wesley Snipes and Hill Harper, "While you guys are talking and laughing, you're not hearing his words. You're not listening to his words. I need you to hear what he's saying!
